Theme: Women We Admire.   My article: “Where there is HOPE, there is JOY”.  A no-brainer here for me.  My beloved friend Joy Reyes, who founded New Hope Girl’s Academy in the Dominican Republic, is dedicating her life to educating young girls to get them off the streets and keep them from being sold into slavery/prostitution.  This is a very inspirational article about this amazing woman, Cinda
