Nearly a year ago, I had the opportunity to share the sacred space of Cinda Stevens Lonsway’s ROAR! with a group of women. The experience allowed me to shed some of that inner pain that we all carry deep down inside. It left my body with a ROAR!ing expletive that felt so good, it brought tears to my eyes.
It didn’t stop there, though. After leaving the group, I found that I was more open to exploring those dark places that we hide from everyone, including ourselves, and shedding light on them, sometimes with a ROAR!

Simone,
You were the first one to ROAR! in my very first workshop. It could have been risky, but you weren’t afraid. You embraced your feminine side, mixed it with your masculine, and you ROAR!ed and we cried. You are a true example of what a ROAR! can do, and I thank you for trusting me with your process, your emotions, your heart, and your ROAR! I can still hear it! But most importantly, I can still feel it. Love you, Cinda
